Uppingham Theatre - Terms and Conditions
1. Online and Website Bookings
1.1. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing the online booking form. By submitting a booking, you warrant that all information supplied is true and correct.
1.2. If your personal details change after completing a booking, it is your responsibility to inform Uppingham Theatre of these changes promptly.
1.3. If a booking is made on behalf of a group or party, the individual making the booking agrees to these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of that group and accepts responsibility for all communications and transactions related to the booking.
1.4. Uppingham Theatre reserves the right to impose limits on the number of tickets that may be purchased per person, per event, or per booking.
1.5. It is your responsibility to check that the tickets issued match your booking and to notify the Theatre immediately in the event of any discrepancy.
2. Exchange and Refund Policy
2.1. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, provided that the original tickets are returned to the Box Office no less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled performance.
2.2. This exchange policy only applies to tickets purchased directly through the Uppingham Theatre website or Box Office.
2.3. Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled. In the event of a cancelled performance, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.4. If a performance is suspended or interrupted, Uppingham Theatre will offer ticket holders the opportunity to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability.
